An all-knowing creator,
An all-loving father,
Desperate with compassion,
To show us the beauty
Of who He is
And what He has done for us
Aching for His children,
To stretch their hands,
Open their hearts,
Expand their understandings
And embrace the breath of life
But time and time again
We run away from
His wide open arms
Into the void
Of further emptiness
That we think
Will finally fill us
And then the void comes to an end
And He is still there
All around us
He is in everything and He is everywhere
It is an unavoidable, amazing love
It is a love unmatched by anyone
A love stronger than my broken heart
Deeper than the deepest ocean
A love that will never stop chasing
Us into the void
Where we think we will find
Something more
but fall short every time
A love that would take upon itself
The shame, guilt and despair
Of my own heart
And a trillion more
on the off chance
That we will leave the void
And enter into his love
and it still astounds me
That even if it wasn’t
For a trillion more hearts
If it was just for mine
Love still would
“For if I ride on the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me.”

No matter how lost we get, how much we choose to hide ourselves from the world, we can never escape His goodness. And why would we want to? God, You are our reason for everything. You bring the fruits of the spirit and You manifest them into our lives. We find the greatest available comfort, peace, joy, kindness, companionship and love in Your presence. We need to spend more time with You. We need to know more about You. We need to exist purely to exalt You. You centre Yourself around us, help us to align ourselves back to Your presence every morning and every evening. Help us to not stray far from you. Push us to sacrifice our own desires to encounter You where You are waiting for us. Reach for us. Show us how to reach for You.

Meet me where I am, God. I let you in. You have access to every part of who I am and to everything that I do. Walk with me in the journey I am on. You have been with me since the very isolation of my creation and You will not leave me now. You are steadfast in who You are and unchanging in Your love for me. I want to chase You how You chase me, relentlessly. Despite the time, despite the circumstance, despite any inconvenience, despite the sacrifice. God, all I could ever want is You.
SAGACITY: A (creative) wisdom, sharpening discernment and informing our judgements.
A series of moments with impactful persons in my life contributing sentence by sentence to the beginnings of this project. A divinely orchestrated desire to creatively impart obtained wisdom through the means of creative expression on behalf of myself and my favourite minds. This blog holds a special place in my heart, and it will hopefully become a place where you can learn about God through human creativity. Where more of the heart of God can be revealed to you. Where your intellect can grow and your creativity can be inspired to flourish. I have observed creativity to be a unique form of communication between heaven and earth, between God and His people, between the human and the divine. God expressing to us His goodness through the incomprehensibly detailed beauty of His own creation, and us in return using our gifted creativity to pour out our yearning love and adoration for an infallible God. This intimacy through expression can bring about understanding in ways like no other, can facilitate encounters beyond comprehension and can help us outwork our image-bearing nature of God the creator. So, the significance of facilitating a platform where intimate knowledge of our God can be shared, expressed and communicated by my friends as well as myself has proven to be an idea that cannot be ignored. Stay tuned.
A girl who has ultimately discovered her desire to encounter heaven on earth in every possible way that she can. Through intellectually understanding, personally comprehending, or intimately creating, to know more of the Father’s heart and to pour out adoration upon it is my focus and priority. I love to learn, to capture, to express, to write. I love the people God has entrusted me to know. I love the responsibilities He has entrusted me to carry. I love what I have been taught and what I have not yet learned. I love what my eyes are blessed to see, and what my ears are blessed to hear. I love what surrounds me now and what is to come. I love that I get to love, and out of that love bursts
forth who I hope to be.
